Submit via RSS

You don't need to submit your posts directly on MobiLiberty.com. You can simply post them on your blog, and if it supports tagging, add a "mobiliberty" tag to every blog post you wish to be considered for publishing on MobiLiberty.com.

Everyone who has their blog with WordPress.com has this feature. The following graphic should give you a better idea about how submitting content via RSS works.

So here is what is happening (and this is basically what happens in any case, no matter which blog service you are using):

  • 1. When you post a new blog entry, add a "mobiliberty" tag among the categories in which you will publish it.
  • 2. This post should now appear in the RSS feed of all entries categorized, or tagged, as "mobiliberty". Copy the link of this RSS feed.
  • 3. Go to our RSS link submission form and paste that link there. Give the title of your blog and submit.
  • And the job for you with this is done. Next thing that happens is that staff of MobiLiberty.com sees your submission, checks it out and add it as a feed into our system. Every time you tag another blog entry as "mobiliberty", it will be submit automatically into our moderation queue for publishing.

Entries that are approved will be published along with a link to the full original entry on your blog, which gives you additional exposure.

So, if you blog about Free Software and Free Standards powered mobile phones, don't miss this opportunity. Tag your entries into our system. :)
